Hi Glen, just to say thank you ever so much for sorting out the Golf for me, we are very pleased with it.   

I would also like to say thank you for giving us such an excellent service.  Your company has been really efficient in organising everything for us including the temporary car which was delivered to us so quickly it was unbelievable (and it was a nice one at that.) In addition you guys there have all been friendly and a real pleasure to deal with and 100% reliable which is unfortunately unusual these days and this makes a real difference.

We will certainly be recommending you to other people we know as and when and will also not hesitate to come back to you when we are in a position to have our other car and van.
